Mike made the process super easy. He located the exact car I wanted, educated me about the important options, no pressure sale, and got me the best price. He was available 24/7 and very responsive. We love the car and enjoyed the process of getting it!

VERY BAD SERVICE DEPT, THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK ALSO WAITING 3 DAYS BEFORE I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT THE CAR, VERY POOR POOR SERVICE, I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THEM..EVER !!!

This is the second Cadillac we have purchased from AutoNation in the past year. Both times, our sales rep, Mike Jolly, has made the process quick and easy. We negotiated the deal before we even stepped foot in the dealership and our car was ready and waiting for us. No high pressure, no hidden fees. The entire team is professional and welcoming!
